Quick walk up town for the summer concerts and great restaurants. 5 minutes to the Cape Cod Canal for many more summertime activities. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. Will need proof of income. Also pass a credit and criminal check. 1st & last months rent to move in. $1200 a month. Month to month, just we ask for a 30 day notice if you choose to vacate the room.
