For parking longer than 7 consecutive days, please contact the Host for a permit. - No commercial vehicles, automobile, truck, boat, trailer, house trailer, mobile home, camper, etc. is allowed. - Guests over 12 must wear armbands at the pools and beach pavilion. Armbands are available for purchase at the beach pavilion for $30/week per house, regardless of the number of guests. - The community pool next to the property is heated until around Easter. The second pool (3 min walk from the property) is heated for Spring Break. - Due to local weather and natural conditions, pests and bugs may occasionally appear inside or outside, despite regular pest control and cleaning. This is beyond our control and not a cleanliness issue, so it's not grounds for a refund. - Reservations of 14+ nights require 30-day advance payments, and a potential credit/background check, signed lease, photo ID, and a security deposit. Renter pays for water and electricity, and $400 move-out cleaning fee.
