At the rear of the kitchen a door leads to a small area that works to store brooms, mops, etc. This space has two doors. One opens to the right and takes you up stairs to the unfinished attic. This space has so much potential! It would be a great master bedroom, cozy get away or studio apartment. There is also an entrance to this attic space from the upstairs bathroom. The second door opens to a office, den, playroom. This room has lots of light and beautiful hardwood paneling. Off from this room is the back door. This leads to the new, 2017, deck and fenced back yard. Great for a dog, chickens or maybe the kids!
