I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom from January 2015 through June 2015. It is a large bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment with a desk, dresser and lamps included. Three kind, considerate, fun college girls will be living there and the apartment is kept in good condition. This location is prime for it is a 30 second walk to City Market therefore it is two minutes from downtown. I am currently paying $800 a month and utilities are included but price is negotiable. I am more than happy to answer any questions about the place or give showings if desired.
