The nicest thing about the complex is the people that live here. A mix of retirees, young families and divorced individuals make for a warm, comfortable mixed community. The other benefit of living at Windmill Courts is that no one lives above or below your apartment. The units are all side by side. So, the noise factor is typical a non issue.
