All tenants will be responsible for electricity, water, WiFi and gas. The house comes with a nicely landscape garden and a pond ideally for relaxing and studying! Lease period from 8/1/2026- 7/31/2027. The lease may be extended for another year. All tenants have access to the shared sunroom, ground floor bathroom and kitchen. Rents must be paid on the day it is due unless with landlord's written approval. First month rent and one month security deposit will be collected before moving in. Any rents unpaid after 2 days will be charged $50 per day. No smoking and a small dog will be allowed with a $50 pet fee and $300 for security and cleaning after end of lease.
