Cozy 2-bedroom house, One spacious and very comfortable living room with beautiful fireplace. The kitchen has all appliances you might need (dishwasher, microwave, caffe maker) there you will also find the dining table. If you step outside of the house you can find many more fun places to make your stay even more pleasant. There the from porch, a big yard with a playground ideal for the kids and our favorite feature of the house is our gas fire pit. The laundry room is located in the basement. Owner pays for water. Rent is responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Small pets ( up to 20 pounds) permitted.
