WINTER AND SPRING 2026-2027 RENTAL - This listing is for a winter-spring rental and is available from September 2026 through May 2027. It can be rented for 2 or more months. The house comes fully furnished, and is located in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood in Seabrook. 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cape-style home, complemented by multiple outdoor spaces. Large outdoor deck on the first floor, balcony off the second floor master bedroom. Features include AC, full size refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and ceiling fans. As you enter the house, you will see the living room, walk down the hallway to the first bedroom with a double bed, then a full bathroom with shower/ tub, followed by the kitchen, then the sun/dining room overlooking the river and marsh, plus a deck. A second bedroom with a queen bed is also on the main floor. The second floor has a third open space bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and a balcony. A propane grill is available on the deck. A kayak and paddleboard are also available for use in the Blackwater River onsite. Tenant will be required to sign a simple waiver for the equipment provided. Lots of restaurants, seafood and others nearby. Seabrook rail trail nearby THIS IS A WINTER-SPRING RENTAL ONLY.
