Although the unit is on the 4th fl (top floor) there are actually 5 floors in the building; 1st fl is a parking garage; no living space. Condo is very quiet and you rarely see or have to interact with neighbors. The association is very neglectful of common areas and repairs; 1 of 2 elevators remains non-functional for over 2 years w/ no repair scheduled; and now the one remaining elevator is only working intermittently; front entrance looks shabby and not clean.
