Myself (landlord) and my sister will also occupy the house. Payment is due on the 1st of every month. This listing is for rooms for rent in shared house. All utilities are included in monthly payment (heat, wifi, washer and dryer, electricity and water, etc ). This property is no smoking and no drinking of any sort. Street parking is available. There is one cat in the house. Tenants are required to maintain cleanliness in both shared and personal areas to ensure a pleasant living environment for all residents. There are musicians in the house with a grand piano so there will be moderate piano practicing (mostly for 2-3 hours during weekday after 6:00 and on the weekends around noon to late afternoon). Quiet hours are to be observed from 10:00pm to 7:00am on weekdays and 11:00pm to 9:00am on weekends. Noise level is expected to be kept to minimum level during these hours. Any furnitures provided by the landlord must be kept in the same conditions as prior to moving in when the tenant decides to terminate contract.
