The home has a good foundation. Appraised at $86,000 in 2011. It definitely needs painting, carpet, updating if you wanted. All appliances and utilities are good condition and work perfectly. It has an attic fan which is perfect to use during nice weather with the windows open. We are selling as is which is why the price is low. We do not really have the time or expertise to update the home prior to sale. To our knowledge there is nothing significant wrong with the home But recommend an inspection. It’s quiet yet full of nature sounds such as birds singing and squirrels playing. It sits on a large, triple lot surrounded by mature trees. I also loved the separate living space in the basement for entertaining or more room for visiting family. Lots of built in shelving for displaying photos or artwork. The home office was important since working from home was an option for us. The large laundry room also served as work out room for a time and later a dressing room for me. The house has a lot of potential and the neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The driveway is massive which was great for us since we needed space for four cars at all times. The oversized two car garage also includes a pit for those who like to do their own car repairs like us! The fenced in yard was perfect for us and easily contained our two large dogs. The home does need work, mostly cosmetic and few that could be more in depth.
