There is a steep spiral staircase to access the lower level, so it may not be suitable for someone with small children or elderly. There is an unfinished basement that has some room for storage. This is home is only available to rent between January 2 and March 15. There is no option to extend the lease further. Utilities will be included in the monthly rent. We would really prefer no pets, but willing to negotiate - definitely need to be well behaved and house trained.
