Well water with UV and Ph systems. 1 car enclosed garage. Cottage is on a quiet private street with 3 other owner occupied homes. Water is accessible by use of a right of way a few yards from the cottage. Water access is available for launching kayaks. Excellent seafood dining at the nearby Dolphin Marina, lobster shacks, and small family operated restaurants. The pace of life in Harpswell is slow and friendly. It is a wonderful area full of natural beauty with hiking paths, stunning sunsets, sea life and many magnificent birds. No pets. We're sorry, we cannot make exceptions. No smoking in home or around property. No events or parties larger than 6 persons without express permission of owner. No sub lease. Length of lease is flexible. Rent per month will vary with a lease shorter than 8 -9 months in duration. Cottage use is most enjoyable during the spring, summer and fall. It could be used year around; it has 2 mini split AC / heater units, 2 propane heaters, electric floor strip heating and double pane glass in most windows. However, winter snow may temporarily block access to Kaly Lane. Tenant is responsible for cable TV, phone, gas, electricity and taking trash to recycle facility in Harpswell.
