MOVE IN DETAILS: We are moving quickly and hoping to make a decision immediately for move in date of June 1st at the earliest, and July 1st at the latest. Looking for a nice quiet family with a with good previous landlord references and rental history; credit does not need to be strong. The strongest candidate will have completed an application and attached a copy of their credit report for faster consideration along with landlord references ready to go and have a move in date of no later than May 15th. If you are not subsidized (section 8) you will need to provide proof of income and ability to pay the rent.
