It's approximately 1,446 square feet. Playground down the street; friendly neighborhood and located in a dead end. Smoke free home. No utilities included. NO fees to rent (I'm not a realtor or broker). MOVE IN DETAILS: We are moving quickly and hoping to make a decision immediately for move in date of June 1st at the earliest, and July 1st at the latest. Looking for a nice quiet family with a with good previous landlord references and rental history; credit does not need to be strong. The strongest candidate will have completed an application and attached a copy of their credit report for faster consideration along with landlord references ready to go and have a move in date of no later than May 15th. If you are not subsidized (section 8) you will need to provide proof of income and ability to pay the rent. Credit does not have to be strong or "good" but must provide it anyway in order to be considered.
