I'm looking to rent out the upstairs of my 2 story house. There is a large bedroom with a walk in closet is 378sf and the second bedroom that you can use for an office or den is around 260sf. The third bedroom is used for storage but I rarely go up there. There is also a full bath with 2 sinks and a vanity. The upstairs has it's own AC unit so you can control the temp. Downstairs has my master suite, entry hall, den, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area and an office. There is also a large attached sunroom that has its own AC unit with a deck leading into a large backyard. No smoking inside. I don't drink, you can. No parties or loud music. Do your dishes and keep your space clean. If you have a pet you'll need to clean up after them everywhere if they shed. Duration- 6 to 12 months. There are no fees 100.00 for utilites and I'll cover the rest of the utilites. Utilities include Power, Water, Internet and Lawn Service Pool, Tennis / Pickleball courts are open year round. There is also a community dock you can use if you have a boat. You will receive a sticker for your car to get through the gate. Also, no permanent guests. we can discuss this.
