Makes me sick to see or READ this, I had bought it from the owner Corp. I spent a LOT of money fixing it up, only after 6-8 weeks the ceramic floors began buckling.. I ended up having to put a piece of plywood at the kitchen sink feeling it would fall in! After battling for months with the CORP to buy it back, finally them offered ONLY $5,000 with all my money spent on fixing it up. In the photo all that furniture was MINE, even the a.c. - their check was $4,600! I was so broke all I could do is buy a TRAVEL TRAILER for a HOME!! IF IT IS "OWNED" -- IT IS NOT ME, BUT NOW SHOPPING for something really CHEAP in Florida!! N.C. is much TOO COLD for me....
