Short walking distance to two restaurants (Old Martina's Hall & Ranchos Grill), coffee shop (Mountain Monk), art galleries on the Ranchos Plaza, and the San Francisco de Assisi Church. An arm of the Rio Pueblo runs through the neighborhood, which is largely residential, pasture and orchards. This home is a duplex with two separate units. Both are fully furnished, including furniture, dishes & cookware, towels and linens. Both units are cozy and elegantly artistic, with tons of the New Mexican abode charm of wood floors, ceiling vigas, tile, and thick adobe walls.
