Me and my boyfriend are looking for someone to replace our master bedroom located in the Meridian at Phillips Ranch apartments (gated community). There are currently 3 other adults (in 20s) living with us (2 males, 1 female, and one dog). The dog rarely comes out his room. It is around 10 minute drive to Cal Poly Pomona, Mt.Sac, Western University. 15-20 mins to Claremont colleges. 20-30 mins to CSU fullerton. Very convenient location, a minute drive from Walmart, Target, and a variety foods. 5 minute drive to Costco. -Move in date: Anytime after or on May 21st (rent will be collected for June) -$1600 per month / $800 per person (if two people want to rent the room out) + electricity bill split -it is spacious and can fit two people comfortably (perfect for couples or two friends) -comes with a tub too -has outdoor balcony -walk in closet Amenities: -washing and dryer machine -kitchen -one garage space and outside street parking -outdoor pool, hot tub and barbecue area Images are from the apartment website but that's how the layout of the house looks like.
