This is a Safe and Legal rental, inspected and approved for rent by VT Fire Marshall. Comfortable, Clean and Private, "Edelweiss" is super close to Mt Snow, VAST Trail, the free Moover shuttle, the Golf Course, hiking trails, restaurants and all Mt Snow has to offer. This property boasts Fast Fiber-Optic Internet and Strong Cell Service, due to close proximity to Mt Snow Ski Area. Just bring your clothes and sports gear, this house is fully equipped, safe and clean. Rent price is based on a FULL YEAR LEASE. If available, the Winter Season is $20K Max 4 people please. $2500 Monthly rent is based on a 12 month lease. If available, the WINTER SEASON rate is $20k, prepaid for the ski season, if not on a 12 month lease. Landlord pays for plowing, water & sewer. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, trash disposal and an end of term cleaning fee. Applicants are required to complete a free rental application for each potential occupant and authorize a credit, eviction and background check, at applicant's expense. I do not charge additionally for towels, linens or "service fees" like most local rental agencies. Some pets may be considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee. No smoking in the home, at any time. Maximum of 4 occupants, please.
