Great small apt. in Burlington, close to all ammenities-schools, grocery stores, burlington beaches, and doctors. Quiet neighborhood. Tenant pays for all utilities except household trash removal ( larger items like furniture, tv's etc. are add'l fee ) and water and sewer. We strongly recommend renters insurance, but do not require it at this point. No smoking in units.
