I am looking to rent out my tiny house while I am staying locally at a different home. Nestled at the top of the hill in the woods and is a great escape while being in close proximity to everything essential. The house was designed and built by me, paying close attention to the details. The space is great for one person working from home or for two adults. You'll have everything you need during your stay, a full kitchen (everything but a full oven - toaster only), closet space for two, a queen-size bed, and a cozy couch perfect for reading a book and watching the snowfall! There is a garage on site as well. Snow removal would be tenants responsibility but I have a snow blower to use so it's really easy. The plow gets the main driveway so only a small portion has to be blown. Space is available from December 7th-January 27th. Serious inquiries only please. All utilities are included in the rental price and it comes with garage parking for 1 car. The driveway is steep and requires 4-wheel drive and snow tires classic VT set-up! The house has a composting toilet which needs tending to while you are there.
