Very Quite. Neighbors are very nice. Not uncommon to see neighbors across from you out having a BBQ or entertaining. Never Loud just get togethers amoung people who generally love to enjoy their homes. Starting to obtain new younger homeowners with smaller children. A neighborhood without too much traffic so if you have kids it's a perfect place for them to grow up. Basketball courts exsist nearby. Within walking distance to both the High school & Jr. High Located on Factory Street. Walking distance from CVS / Jerry's supermarket for added convienance.
