    This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of East Rock neighborhood. East Rock has predominantly large, Victorian-era homes, some of which have been converted into apartments. This apartment is on the third floor of a home on cottage street. It receives lost of sunshine throughout the day. The apartment is spacious. It's technically a two bedroom although we opted to use the 2nd bedroom as a living room. The house has a sunroom on the 2nd floor, which is wonderful to use during the summers, and a spacious backyard with 2 firepits, a garden, and backyard furniture. At the nearest cross section (Orange St, one minute walk) there are several quaint shops including P&M market, East Rock Coffee, and Enoteca Cassanova wine/beer shop. There are several other similar markets and wine stores a short walking distance down Orange St. The business and forestry schools are a 15 minute walk, the law school is a 15-20 minute walk (although you can take the Yale shuttle). The apartment is 5 minutes from 2 Yale Shuttle stops (orange and blue lines). The shuttle is about a 12 minute ride to the medical school. The apartment comes with a dishwasher. There is a driveway and plenty of free street parking. 3 free AC window units that work perfectly and are in great condition ( $600 new). Amenities/Other Notes -dishwasher -washer/dryer in basement (coin operated; both new) -fridge -stove/oven -heat is via forced air (baseboards; new thermostat, works great) -2 storage closets and 2 clothing closets
