It's technically a two bedroom although we opted to use the 2nd bedroom as a living room. At the nearest cross section (Orange St, one minute walk) there are several quaint shops including P&M market, East Rock Coffee, and Enoteca Cassanova wine/beer shop. There are several other similar markets and wine stores a short walking distance down Orange St. The business and forestry schools are a 15 minute walk, the law school is a 15-20 minute walk (although you can take the Yale shuttle). The apartment is 5 minutes from 2 Yale Shuttle stops (orange and blue lines). The shuttle is about a 12 minute ride to the medical school. The apartment comes with a dishwasher. There is a driveway and plenty of free street parking. 3 free AC window units that work perfectly and are in great condition ( $600 new).
