Since we just bought a house, we are transferring our lease of a luxury company rental studio apartment $2190/mo available from 11/29. We rent this studio from Irvine Company. The community is called North Park. You can google it, very famous and nice place. Since we rent from this July, our rental price is lower than the current one. The deposit is $600, which we already paid so won't ask you to pay it.Our lease ends 7/16/2016. You can continue the lease with the leasing office after that. We are looking for someone(s) who can take our lease till next July. With our leasing price, you have to be non-smoker, with no pet and good credit. The studio is fairly large, 573 sqft with a huge patio of garden view. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped. Everything is remodeled. But you do need to buy some basic furniture and pay for the utilities. This is the same for all nearby company running apartments. This place is excellent for a pair of young couple. You can enjoy the pool, hot tub and BBQ downstairs easily. The community offers free events now and then. Last month there was free oil paining class and this month they offer tickets for Great America. The apartment provides garage parking for one car. Visiting parking is also available. There are free gym with lots of group classes, free pool with hot tub and lots of free activities. The big grass park is also nice to have a walk and rest. The location is very convenient to many companies and stores. Nice place to call a home! Serious renters please! We can offer some gift money for your settle-down. Don't contact us with other objectives. This price is for no pet. If you have pets, you need to pay extra for the pets. Cat-$300 deposit per apartment, $25 premium per month Dog-$750 deposit per apartment, $50 premium per month. There is exterior renew construction going on in this community during weekdays working hours. We understand the exterior construction may be noisy. So we waived the deposit and would like to give some free money for you to settle down. The leasing office will offer discounts when the construction starts to affect this studio.
