Zillow put the phrase "Total monthly price" in my ad beside the monthly rent amount. There are no other "fees" but I feel this is misleading as the tenant is responsible for all utilities. I did not put that in my ad and I don't know how to remove it. It should say "plus utilities" in my opinion. Single story rancher with one car garage and full basement. White brick exterior with green trim. Gas forced air heat, electric heat pump, central air, gas water heater, dishwasher, counter top stove, wall oven, new refrigerator, washer, new gas dryer, 5.0 cubic foot freezer, dehumidifier. Hard wood floors throughout. Every bedroom has a closet. Internet service included. The basement is so big, kids could ride 16" or 20" bicycles around the circuit. The basement contains a pool table and a round wooden game table with chairs. Wooden deck in the rear. Fire pit. Two external storage sheds. Three off-street parking spots not counting the garage. The prior tenant used the garage for a gym. Lawn mower included. The property is a corner lot at the back of a development. There is a ball field behind the development. There is not much traffic in the area except when there is a ball game. The gas fireplace is not currently working. The previous tenant didn't want to use it so I didn't get it fixed. If you'd like to use it, I'll get it repaired. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS - NO DOGS, NO CATS - NON-NEGOTIABLE. If I find that there is an animal in the house, I will cancel the lease. I will be responsible for replacing the furnace filters and vacuuming the coils under the refrigerator, therefore, I will need access to the furnace at least every three months at your convenience and the refrigerator at least twice a year at your convenience. I have a Ting device monitoring the electricity in the house for interruptions and issues. This device needs Internet service so I already have Internet service at the house included in the rent. My fire insurance recommended and paid for me to get a Ting device for my home but wouldn't pay for them for rental properties.... Tenant must give access to landlord to replace furnace filter at least every three months at the tenant's convenience. Tenant must give access to the refrigerator to vacuum the coils at least every six months at the tenant's convenience.
