We need 1 or 2 persons for our sunny, spacious, 2 floor, 2 bath, 6 bed apartment on Linden St. Because it is so big and 2 floors/2 baths and large living room, it does not feel like 6 people are living together. Eat in kitchen, lots of room. Large living room with 2 leather couches and 2 work stations for work at home. Easy street parking available, washer and dryer in basement. We would prefer mature grad/PHD student or recent working professional. We are a group of grad/PHD students and recent graduates who are working. Mostly independent and spend much time away from house. But gather daily in the kitchen for meals and conversation and occasionally watch TV or board games, never parties or large gatherings. Charming Victorian house is near T, buses, Brookline, easy Mass Pike access and all the bars/restaurants you could hope for. Super fun area. We require timely rent payments, clean bathroom, super clean kitchen (no dish/food messes) and no smoking anything. Heat and hot water is added to rent ($60 per month) - big PLUS! We split cost of electric and internet which is cheap. Smaller Room $1010 ($950+$60 heat utilities). Man or woman does not matter, just being considerate of others required, clean common areas, gainfully employed and good credit history. NO PETS, NO COUPLES Good for grad students at BU, BC, Berklee, Northeastern, Harvard, Emerson, Simons, etc.
