    What's special

    This cottage style home sits in front of an apartment complex and shares the same parking lot, but does not share the same entrance or hallway. It sits across the street from the Police station and extremely close to the freeway onramp to Salt Lake City which makes it the perfect location for those that work down town and yet don't want to live or raise a family in that enviornment. Hatch Park is a short walk and offers plenty of room for kids with energy to burn! Schools, shopping, restraunts, and church locations are all nearby. Yard care and snow removal are all taken care of as part of your lease. The landlord does not live on site, but is often there pulling weeds or cleaning the parking lot. A one-year lease is required of all who move into our apartments. After one year Tenants may resign another lease or choose a "month to month" option. There is an additional fee for month to month tenants. Other than the utilities there are no hiden "media" fees or administrative fees. Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 5th. Payments can be made in check, money order, or cash. Lawn care and snow removal costs are born by the Landlord,but you will be required to take out your own trash. No sub-leasing is allowed and all residents have to be listed on the lease. No smoking is allowed in home or on the property, so all guests that smoke must be asked to do so off the property. There is only two visitor parking spaces. Anyone parking in an assigned space may be towed at their own expense. No animals (even those of guests are allowed in or on property) Sorry they have caused to much damage in the past! Tenants are required to clean and care for each property as if it were your own and agree to have all carpets professionally steam cleaned upon leaving.
