This second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and includes water, sewer and trash removal. Heat and electricity are not included. The eat-in kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Coin operated washer and dryer are available in the basement and we offer off-street parking. To move in, we require a month's rent and a month's security plus a $25 non-refundable application fee (per adult) to verify good credit. We collect the security when you apply as an earnest money deposit to hold the apartment. It is refunded, less $25 application fee, if your application is denied. The income requirement is $3,300/month in gross income for the household. The lease is for one year. In order to apply, you must deliver the completed signed application with the earnest money payment equal to a month's rent ($1,100) plus the $25 application fee by cash, money order or cashier's check. When you move in, we collect the other month's rent, so it breaks up the payment burden. We will look to verify your income with at least two pay stubs or last year's tax return. Please provide two years of rental history. Dogs and cats are allowed, the monthly pet fee is $40 for 1 pet or $60 for 2 pets.
