Security deposit, first month's rent, and last month's rent. *There is no broker's fee.* 2. Is there any outdoor space (deck, roof deck, patio, balcony, etc) with this unit? No, there is no outdoor space included but you are close to the Esplanade and the running/biking trails there. 3. Is there any parking included with this unit? No, there is no parking with this unit. There are metered parking spots on Charles Street, or the Boston Common or Government center garages are about a 10-15 minute walk. 4. Can I keep a cat, dog, or any other pet in this apartment? No, pets of any kind are not allowed. 5. Is there any additional storage included? No. The only storage is in the unit, where there are 3 closets: 2 in the bedroom, 1 in the living room. 6. What utility costs will the tenant be responsible for paying to to the utility companies? Gas (for stove) and electric. The costs vary by usage and the season. 7. Will I be able to sublet mid-lease if I decide to do so? No, no subletting will be allowed at any time. 12 month minimum Requires a security deposit ($1500), first month's rent, and last month's rent, due at lease signing. No broker's fee. No pets allowed. No smoking. Heat and hot water included in the rent. Tenant responsible for gas and electric. All applicants will need to apply through Zillow's online application.
