    The bedrooms are small. I dont have a parking spot at the building, but street parking is available in the area. Now that weve gotten that out of the way, its all good news from here. Im open to tenants occasionally airbnbing the other room if they would like to establish some passive income obviously, as long as it is done in accordance with local laws and regulations and in a way that imposes zero inconvenience or worry on the neighbors. The two critical rules of moving in are: 1.Take care of my space as if it were a newborn, infant child. As this is a new purchase for me I am obviously very conscious of keeping it in excellent condition 2.Be a great neighbor. Everyone has recently moved in and weve got a good little community going.
