Great apartment available. Good solid and well managed building with a pool, concierge for packages etc, work out rooms, computer/desk area and a friendly and helpful maintenance staff. All utilities included. And a parking spot just for you if you need it! This is a 1 bedroom (full sized) with several closets (2 in the bedroom and 1 other and a small pantry), 1 bath (basic br, not large) , open kitchen/LR area which is great for entertaining or just for the openness. I rarely have heard the neighbors. Has large doors to outdoor balconies off both the LR and bedroom. Balconies are not wide(30inch?), but can accommodate a narrow table/chairs. No BBQ or cooking allowed. View is of the park across the street, and 4th St SW. Peaceful. Parking spot is close, (u can see the spot from balcony) The unit is rented directly by the owner who lives locally. It is close to THREE metro-rail stations (Fed Ctr SW, Lenfant and Waterfront), all within 10 minute walk. Major bus line (P6) runs up and down 4th street SW, bus stop is 1 minute walk. Capital Bikeshare across the street. Less than 10 minute walk to the Waterfront area, a nice place to just walk-around, or go out on the town.
