There is an onsite property manager so you will be well taken care of should any issues arise. There is absolutely NO smoking in or right outside the unit. However, there is a location on property where smoking is allowed. It is a quiet community so parties are not allowed and we ask our tenants to be respectful of the other tenants after 9pm. All utilities (including internet) are included with the exception of electricity. Background and credit check required. One year lease preferred but will consider shorter with a higher rental rate.
