It’s never gone a month with vacancy; prospective tenants have always loved the private and divided back yards with 6-ft cedar fencing, single car garages, and the walking distance to Lewis and Clark Elementary. Each unit has two large bedrooms, and a good sized full bathroom, with an open kitchen/living room area. Central heat and air, and individually metered. The front yard and one unit’s backyard have underground timed sprinklers (the second unit has a back flow preventer installed, we didn’t want to disturb the tenants yard while occupied, but it is ready for pvc installation). It’s truly been a wonderful property for us, and introduced us to some great families that we’ve had the opportunity as having as tenants, but it’s time to consider letting it go to readjust equity.
