We have two wonderful locations. One is in Gas City and one is in Sweetser. Both have great areas, and school systems. Close to shopping areas. Very quiet. The resident pays for electric and gas. The trash, sewage, and water is included in rent. We also have a location in Sweetser prices are the same. Onlt difference is you only pay electric, and there is townhouses out there.
