Free parking is available to guests in the 2-car garage and driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use if needed. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
