I'm looking for someone to take over my 1bd in Nalle Woods (1103 sq. ft total) for the remaining 11 months of my lease. Price INCLUDES a detached garage The only reason I'm leaving is because I am unexpectedly moving out of state; I have lived here for 3 years. Leasing agent said sublets tend to get filled quick, so don't wait to get in touch. What I love about this apartment: - Floor to ceiling windows that keep the whole apartment feeling bright and airy - Huge shower and garden tub - Oversized, VERY PRIVATE balcony with view of treetops - Amazing pool & roman bath + dry sauna. The roman bath/sauna is closed right now because of covid, but the pool is open! - If you do a lot of online shopping, there's also an Amazon Hub so you can pick up your packages by scanning a QR code, which is really convenient. - Maintenance and staff are top-notch. Never had issues with responsiveness, or quality of work. The complex is in the middle of a nature preserve, and in Hill Country, so you get to live around arguably the best views in all of Austin. If you're into hiking, it's super close to the greenbelt, Wild Basin, Emma Long, etc. My monthly rent is quite a bit lower than market rate because we've been living here for so long, so taking over our lease is going to save you money vs. renting a unit directly (this unit is renting for up to now). This floorplan isn't available until mid-June, and it's going for $1834. This place is special and beautiful, and I'm sad to leave it, but I'm glad the next person will get a great deal on an apartment you'll actually enjoy coming home to, which is so important during the pandemic. Pets are $250 each, dogs and cats are allowed. You pay utilities, pest prevention, and valet trash (actually useful because the complex is big). I'll pay your application fee if you're approved, and you'll keep my security deposit.
