Has AC and heat . Utilities : the only bills you have to pay are electric based on your consumption. Everything else is included. Building : It's a large condo building like 13 floors with an indoor pool and hot tub, indoor racket ball court, small gym and sauna and steam room . It's an older building so not a brand new amenities building but everything works great. It had a few common rooms, one with a pool table and some games, and an outdoor tennis court . There is staff in the front most days during working hours. There's a little outdoor area off the common spaces you can sit at too if you want with a nice grassy area and garden . Parking : Has an indoor parking garage with an assigned spot. There's a large parking lot in the back if you have an extra car and for visitors which is super nice friends don't have to street park if they're visiting. There's also a bike storage unit in the building. Location : Right by go governors park, walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, king soopers and Safeway. Can also walk like 10-15 mins or so to chessman park. It's a pretty chill building, mix of old and young, not a party building and ppl are generally quiet which I really like because I was never disturbed by parties or people being rowdy.
