All people residing in the house should be on the lease application. This lease will be for 1 year. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Tenant is required to pay rent on time. A charge of $25.00 will be added for every day of late payment until the rent is fully received. $35.00 surcharge will be added for any bounced checks. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (Electricity, water, trash). Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing. Tenant needs to give a minimum of 60 days notice before moving out. Tenant handles any or all damages to the property except normal wear and tear. Tenant is required to leave the house clean and tidy on the moving out date.
