Rent is $2700 and deposit is $2700, both due on the move in date when the lease is signed. I prefer two adult tenants, since the utilities are split with the rear duplex with two other adults. Cats and Dogs are ok, an extra $100 deposit will be required. Lease will be 6 months then month to month. You must submit a zillow application in order to qualify Renter pays for water/electricity, split utilities with duplex in the back. Utilizes average $200-300 a month, company pays for garbage.
