I'm facing a $3590 fee for breaking the lease and, as a result, and *I will give you $1800* if you can either: 1. Take over my lease in December or January up to July 6th (lease end). For you, this means a 6-month stay at 808 for 5.5 months of rent payments (with my $1800 credit). 2. Sign a new lease (can be 11 to 15 months, your choice) for my unit in December or January. For you, this means an 11- to 15-month lease with 1.5 months free (one month from 808 and one half month from my $1800 credit). Our 3rd floor, 2 bed / 2 bath apartment has been kept meticulously clean and has never seen smoking or pets. It is a rare B4 floorplan, with 1170 sqft, tons of storage, high ceilings, and western exposure for lots of afternoon sunshine. This apartment will be turned over to you unfurnished.
