The Keystone Mine Property (“Property” or “Mine”) is located approximately 10 miles (as the crow flies) northeast of the town of Wickenburg, Arizona. The Keystone Mine is east and south of the Hassayampa River, which lies approximately 3 miles to the northwest, in the Black Rock Mining District, Yavapai, County, Arizona. The Keystone Mine Property lies at an elevation of about 3,750 feet above sea level. NI-43-101 is a treatise of the geology and economics of the ten (10) patented claims that comprise the Property. The Keystone Mine Property is situated within Sections 4 and 9, Township 8 North, Range 3 West, in the Black Rock Mining District of Yavapai County, Arizona. The Property consists of 10 patented mining claims comprising 172.613 aces. The claim group was surveyed during June 8- through 16, 1927 and are identified on the Mineral Survey No. 4039 Plat map filed by the Monte Cristo Extension Mining and Milling Company. The claim group consists of the following lode claims: Alaska, Canton, Cleveland, Cottonwood, Evening Star, Lucky Strike, Madelein, North Star, Prescott No. 2, and Senate. At the time of the mineral survey, property improvements consisted of nine shafts, 15 cuts, six tunnels, one winze, one pit, and two drifts. Keystone Mine, LLC has stockpiled 180,000 tons of “ore” for crushing, concentrating, and processing. Assuming the same parameters stated for the mine material: Gold 180,000 tons x 0.205 oz/ton = 36,900 oz x $1200/oz = Silver 180,000 tons x 0.191 oz/ton = 34,400 oz x $16 /oz = Copper 180,000 tons x 2000 lb/t x 0.209% = 752,000 lb x $3/lb = Asking $ 25 Million Owner will consider cash/carry or JV.
