main mobile home is habitable but rough...part of HVAC was disconnected to save on utilities. Being sold "as is"....owner will not pump septic, no repairs. 2nd mobile home has water and power it but used as a workshop, etc...VERY dangerous walking in it...soft spots or holes in flooring. Great acreage. Have a survey for the land but might be able to be used due to structures were re-arranged after survey was completed. Great opportunity for someone who wants space.
