I live in a 4 bedroom house with 1 room to rent. It's got a window facing the neighbors wall. I live with two ther roommates and we have a few dogs and cats. Please if you have animals it won't work. You would have wifi laundry kitchen use living room and a half bath. You would have to share my shower. The room for rent is right across from my room. It has a double door closet with mirrors. Room will be available as of January and is 1300 a month total. You must be animal friendly and if you smoke it must be outside. There are several cameras around main rooms inside and all or outside. I live in walking distance of a park and shopping areas like grocery or food. To enter propert you go through a gate and so front door is secured in the property once you enter through the gate. 1. Make sure all door and windows are secured so animals don't escape. 2. Respectful and don't touch anyone's stuff if it's not yours. Rent on time first of the month. 3. No drugs or parties at all. We are all working people and don't do anything like that.
