I lived in this unit for about three years, and can testify to how great the location and community is. Plantation is a growing community, and this location is very close to wonderfully maintained parks, tons of restaurants and chains, and all the shopping you could ask for. The community of Parc Village is quiet and secure, with friendly neighbors and a beautiful pool and hot-tub overlooking the small lake and canal. The community restricts residents to one pet under 25lbs. This unit comes with one reserved parking spot, and the community has ample guest parking (overnight guests will need a pass, which I will provide). This unit is among the best in the complex, with ideal positioning overlooking the beautiful fountain in the center of the lake. You'll enjoy that view from the over-sized windows in the living room and master bedroom, as well as from the private, screened balcony. The second bedroom is smaller, but is the perfect size for an office or a child's room. The kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, and flooring, air conditioner, and window dressings were all newly replaced in 2017.
