Trailer that sits on 3 beautifully wooded acres with a trail that we made as well as a spot for camping and wet weather creek. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Since I've been here I had the septic pumped in December of 21and had to replace the water pipes and heat tape January 22. We put in new wood floors in the master bedroom so far. The appliances will stay.
