A wonderful "mountain cabin in the city", located in Olde Town Arvada on a spacious lot with a hot tub, barrel sauna, a storage shed, a childrens play house and a little extra Barn to use for hobby/yoga/music, etc. When applying, please share information about yourselves, your reason for looking for temporary housing and whether you can provide references. Our beloved home is for rent; it is furnished. The home is situated near the back of the elongated lot providing plenty of privacy, on walking distance from the nice hustle and bustle that Arvada Olde Town offers and the lightrail to Denver. The property has a farm-style gate which is opened & closed by hand, to provide additional security on the property. There is plenty of parking including a level 2 EV charger on the lot. Several places to sit outside, a children's playset, an in-ground trampoline and if needed a separate fenced area for a dog to be outside, although our dog enjoyed the entire garden. The (bed/office) rooms are smaller, one olympic queen bed, one queen bed and one full bed. It is a cozy house layout with an upgraded kitchen plus two small kids bedrooms upstairs with a twin bed each. If you need temporary housing and are interested to find out how it is to live in Arvada, this is a nice 'home'. The lay-out can be changed slightly to cater office or additional living room needs. We are looking for private people that we can agree on a few points of attention that older houses like this typically come with. We are looking for temporary tenants from December 2026 till the 1st of May 2027 (5months, longer can be discussed), utilities are excluded, expected monthly cost for gas (heating/hot water) + water + electricity (YES/NO EV of influence) garbage + internet is around 300 per month.
