There is a private community pool for our neighborhood you will have use of. Our home is spacious, over 2,100 sqft, and has a peaceful patio and yard. You will have your own bedroom and use of the bathroom, and common areas. We have new appliances and our home is recently remodeled. We can provide the room furnished or unfurnished. Pool and wifi are complimentary. We are looking for someone to enjoy this home long term. We are in our early 30s and pretty easy going. We enjoy reading, gaming, gardening, watching TV, cooking, playing piano and art. We would like a non smoker who is easygoing and can be respectful of study time because I am a student.
