Adorable attached , furnished, one bedroom apartment/efficiency available for rent. All utilities are included and is a short walk to Sutton Park and downtown Palmetto. Background Check required and must be free of prior evictions or lease issues. One dog allowed. No aggressive breeds. Prefer 7 month minimum for lease period. First, last, and security required. Background screening for each potential tenant required. We are looking mature, single professional or couple. Two people max. The water, trash, power and wifi are included in the rent. We do not have cable hook up but the television does accept your own ROKU device or other streaming device. There is off street parking, for two vehicles back to back, not under cover. We have a non-smoking policy inside the building. Any hobbies that make strong odors, are not allowed inside, such as acrylic nail salon or hair salon work. The apartment does not have ventilation to accommodate these activities. We do have small dogs that live with us on the property, but they do not have access to apartment.
