I'm looking for a live in caregiver to help me keep my appointments and medication organized. I'm disabled but still relatively mobile. I am an avid fan of horticulture and have many plants. I also have two kittens who are curious and cuddly. Love almost all music but raised on classic rock! Brand new building, has private bathroom with walk-in shower, internet Wi-Fi and Spectrum TV. Bedroom is approximately 9' 6" x 9' 6". Bedroom is currently furnished with TV and twin size bed and night tables. If you'd like to bring your own furniture, that can be arranged. Ceiling fan, and closet is large enough to hang plenty of cloths and shelf for any other storage. No dresser in the room. . The kitchen has two microwaves, brand new appliances including dishwasher, and lots of storage space. All cabinets and drawers are soft close. Plenty of counter space, open to living room. Living room is small, but cosey. Two couches facing each other. Again, plants and more plants. Room can be rearranged if needed. That's pretty much it, check out my pictures. Lease is month to month and duration of lease is negotiable. Required rental move in is first and last month rent. Administrative Fee $60 Security deposit $300 Spectrum cable and internet are split 1/2 of bill. ($70) Electric is 1/2 of bill. ($35-$75)
