Condo in a prime North St. Pete location, you'll be directly across the street from two grocery stores, Target, PetSmart, and a pub. Noble Crust is also within easy walking distance. Public transportation is just a 3-minute walk away, with downtown St. Pete typically under 30 minutes. We prefer leases of 6 months or more, but we are flexible with shorter-term options (note: shorter leases may have a higher monthly rent). A non-refundable $300 per pet deposit applies.
